ScirovePet 30-Day Free Return Policy

At ScirovePet, we are fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If our products do not meet your expectations, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date, provided it is in its original packaging. Returns are free of charge. Simply email us at support@scirovepet.com, and we'll provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Please note that pre-owned items and gift cards are non-returnable. All returns must be shipped using the pre-paid label provided by ScirovePet.

Order Cancellation and Return Policy for Damaged Goods

Please be aware that we do not accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date. If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. To cancel an order, contact us at support@scirovepet.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately issue a refund. If your order has already shipped, we will process the refund as soon as we receive the returned item(s) and have processed them at our warehouse, which may take up to 14 business days. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

Warranty Information At ScirovePet, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. We offer a comprehensive warranty to provide peace of mind to our customers. For those in the EU, we offer a two-year warranty, while customers outside the EU benefit from a one-year warranty. This warranty covers your ScirovePet against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.

Warranty Activation and Exclusions Policy

To activate your warranty, please provide proof of purchase. If the product was received as a gift, the original purchaser’s details will be needed for activation. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, natural disasters, or the use of unofficial accessories.

Warranty Claim Process and Resolution Options

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us at support@scirovepet.com with your product's Mac Address, serial number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the issue. Valid claims within the warranty period may result in repair using new or refurbished parts, replacement with a new or refurbished product, or a refund if neither repair nor replacement is possible.

Non-Transferable Warranty and Post-Warranty Support Terms

This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. It is the sole and exclusive warranty provided for the ScirovePet, superseding any other warranties, whether expressed or implied. After the warranty period expires, ScirovePet continues to offer support and may provide repair or replacement options, subject to charges for parts, shipping, or labor.
